So I started a new blog that is a collaboration with other urban evolution biologists. Kristin Winchell, a new postdoc, and Elizabeth Carlen, a PhD student, have been doing really cool work in urban evolution. So of course I asked them to join me on this adventure! Our new blog website has just launched, go check it out! We our proud to introduce Urban Evolution: Life in the City. Enjoy!
Recently, I interviewed with the Scientist Magazine about my Ph.D. work with black widow spiders. Check out the full article: Cities can serve as cauldrons of evolution.
The blog that I co-founded was recently mentioned in a Wired Magazine article How Cities Reshape the Evolutionary Path of Urban Wildlife.
